This year marks 20 years in the industry for me - I started as a support worker when I turned 18 until I commenced care coordination at 22 I worked across 3 organisations in a Care coordination's aspect for complex disability, TAC and aged care. When I became a mother, I moved into a rostering role for an aged care organisation and then into team leader role for centralised rostering. After a year off as a parent I returned to rostering and during Covid-19 moved into Support Coordination when I completed my x 2 Cert 1Vs and have worked as a support coordinator for the past 3 years.
